Your sweet cart hire questions — answered!

How far do you travel?

We’re based in Crawley (RH11) and offer free delivery within 10 miles. We’re happy to travel further for a small fee of 45p per mile (round trip). You can also collect from us if preferred.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes — a £150 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is returned after your event, once the cart and items have been safely returned and checked.

When do I pay the final balance?

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. If payment isn’t made by then, we may need to release the date.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand things change! Our cancellation policy is:

  • Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the event

  • 50% refund if cancelled 10–30 days before

  • No refund if cancelled within 10 days

What’s included in the decor?

All packages include our beautiful themed setup decor as seen in the photos:

  • White flower garlands, potted plants

  • Donut stand, tealight holders & more
    (Please note: Only The Full Treat includes full setup and personalisation.)

Can I personalise the cart?

Yes! If you choose the Full Treat package, you’ll receive custom signage, sweet labels, and themed styling.
If you book another package, you’re welcome to add your own touches when setting it up.

Are the sweets allergy-friendly?

We provide a full ingredients and allergen list for every sweet we supply.
Printed sheets are included in the hire box, and you can also view them online on our Certificates & Ingredients page.

Can I use my own sweets?

Absolutely! The DIY Delight package is perfect for clients who want to choose and display their own sweets.

How long can I keep the cart?

You’re welcome to keep it for the full day of your event — just let us know your collection/return timing in advance.

Can you set up the cart for me?

Yes — our Full Treat package includes delivery, styling, and full setup at your venue.

Do you need access to power?

Only if you’re using plug-in fairy lights (included on request). We also have solar options available.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We’re fully covered with £2 million Public Liability Insurance.
A copy is included in the hire box and can also be viewed online.
